Public account creation is closed during development.

An authenticated deletion-request and retention-review workflow must be completed and published before real patient accounts are accepted. No working deletion request channel is offered by this preview. Do not submit personal or medical information here.

If you are evaluating a synthetic test account, the development operator can reset the isolated test environment. This is separate from deletion of real clinical records.
