Public registration and personal health record collection are closed in this release. Please do not provide real patient information during development testing.

The app is designed to keep records private, require sign-in and check access on the server. It has no advertising pixels or session replay. Health information is not sent to AI, OCR or messaging vendors in this release.

Before opening record collection, the operator must publish approved retention periods, responsible contacts, storage and backup arrangements, external processing disclosures, and an account deletion process. This draft does not claim regulatory certification.
